The images of the Canvas Courier and straps are for example only. The strap does not come with the bag in the image and you must select the strap as part of the checkout process. If you like the bag and strap combination, you can definitely build it from the options.
We currently ship within the United States only.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your return and provide the next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange based on the item’s condition and approval.
