As our creams and body butters are whipped, this may result in the expected volume of the product appearing less than full. We assure you that we fill our jars completely to the top, however if you choose to purchase a body butter or face cream you are consenting to the possibility of it arriving in this reduced, melted, or runny state.
We are doing as much as we can on our end to ship our body butters and face creams in best quality conditions.
The condition depends on where you live and the care of the postal team. We communicate directly with our postal pick up team, but cannot control the journey it takes to reach you.
We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping transit time. (Please note that shipping time does not affect processing time to pack the order)
If your body butter arrives melted or runny, please put it in the refrigerator to re-solidify.
The quality of the ingredients will remain intact even if the consistency is different than expected.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before they ship. Once your order is on the way, estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier timing.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can follow your pretty finds all the way home.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dolce West is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other shipping interruptions outside of our control.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your return and provide the next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange based on the item’s condition and approval.
